  • PHPA Certified Senior Player Agent, Director of Professional Hockey

    Dylan Ghaemi is the Senior Player Agent and Director of Professional Hockey at IBA, working exclusively with elite athletes at the collegiate and professional levels. As an NCAA Division I goaltender and the first commit in Stonehill College’s Division I history, Dylan combines firsthand competitive experience with a strategic, results-driven approach to athlete representation.

    He manages every stage of a client’s career, from contract negotiations and player placement to sponsorships and long-term development planning. With a deep understanding of the demands at the highest levels of the game, Dylan tailors his representation to each athlete’s style, goals, and market value.

    Dylan has a proven record of placing players in the ECHL, AHL, and other top professional leagues, while guiding NCAA athletes through the transition to pro hockey. He integrates career strategy with development resources, including film analysis, skill enhancement, and off-ice performance programs. His focus is on delivering opportunities, building value, and ensuring every client is positioned for sustained success on and off the ice.

    Jacob Began playing hockey at age 9 in Maryland, advancing through AAA before playing at Hamilton Southeastern High School in Indiana. He later captained the Ball State University club hockey team and served as president of the board. After graduating, Jacob worked as a video coach and scout with the Des Moines Buccaneers in the USHL, before transitioning to coaching. He has an Elite National Championship appearance with the Charleston Colonials, a regular season championship with the Charlotte Rush, and has coached expansion teams in both the Premier and NCDC levels. Jacob also owns BE GOOD PEOPLE HOCKEY, a summer program focused on helping players gain exposure, find opportunities, and build connections. His "Be Good People" philosophy guides his work with clients.

  • Consultant, Scout

    Billy brings decades of experience in coaching, scouting, player development, and hockey operations to his role as a consultant and scout for IBA Hockey. A former NCAA athlete at Providence College and Curry College who went on to play professionally, Billy has since built an impressive coaching and executive résumé—including serving as Assistant Coach for the Kalamazoo Wings (ECHL) and Minority Owner of the Danbury Hat Tricks (FPHL/NAHL). His track record includes developing players who have advanced to the ECHL, AHL, and beyond, as well as leading Danbury to a 2023 Commissioner’s Cup Championship. At IBA, Billy’s expertise and network help identify top talent, guide players through critical career decisions, and prepare them to succeed at the highest levels. His leadership philosophy is simple but powerful: develop the player, empower the person, and foster a culture built on trust, accountability, and winning.

    Blake is the Founder and CEO of IceBreakers Advisory, a premier sports agency specializing in athlete placement, development, and NIL representation. With a sharp understanding of the hockey and lacrosse landscapes, Blake has built IBA into a results-driven agency that prioritizes elite opportunities and long-term athlete success. His leadership blends high-level industry connections, strategic deal-making, and a relentless commitment to client growth—both on and off the Ice. Under his direction, IBA has become known for its cutthroat approach to securing top-tier placements, building brand partnerships, and giving athletes a competitive edge in every stage of their careers.

  • Pro Division Associate, Advisor

    Garrett Simpson is an Advisor and Pro Division Associate at IceBreakers Advisory, overseeing operations, contracts, and client communications for the professional division. A Bishop Kearney Selects, Trinity-Pawling, and Boston Junior Bruins (NCDC) alumnus, he brings firsthand knowledge of the junior hockey path. Currently studying business at Stony Brook University and pursuing a JD, Garrett combines hockey experience, business insight, and legal ambition to support IBA’s growing pro roster with professionalism and precision.

  • Director Video Recruitment

    Alex brings elite playing experience and leadership to IceBreakers Advisory. A four-year NCAA Division III defenseman at Worcester State University, Alex transitioned into a six-year professional career that included leadership roles as an alternate captain with the Knoxville Ice Bears and Quad City Storm (SPHL), as well as two seasons in the ECHL with affiliates of the Anaheim Ducks and Carolina Hurricanes. At IBA, he uses his pro-level knowledge to help players elevate their game through detailed film analysis—breaking down every shift, pinpointing areas for improvement, and providing actionable strategies that translate directly to on-ice performance.

    Tyler guides youth and junior athletes through the process of earning NCAA opportunities. With three years of junior hockey under his belt and an active NCAA career, he provides real, experience-based insight into what coaches look for. His focus is on player development, visibility, and making sure athletes are ready—on and off the ice.

    Bryce combines expertise in sports medicine, biomechanics, and nutritional counseling to support athletes in reaching their full potential. With a holistic approach to health and wellness, Bryce empowers athletes to overcome challenges, maximize performance, and maintain long-term physical health & well-being. Whether you're recovering from an injury or striving for athletic excellence, Bryce is dedicated to helping you succeed.

    Spencer works closely with our athletes to unlock off-the-field earning potential through strategic brand partnerships, targeted personal marketing, and sustainable long-term value creation. A graduate of Dartmouth College, he brings an Ivy League level of insight and professionalism to every collaboration. He is dedicated to fostering complete transparency between brands and athletes, ensuring all parties operate with mutual trust and clarity. With a deep understanding of the rapidly evolving NIL landscape, Spencer equips each athlete with the knowledge, strategies, and opportunities needed to navigate and capitalize on this competitive space to its fullest potential.
